Wonderful, the CGI is perfect and your animation is great as usual. The plot intrigues me. Plus it reminds me a little of Tron.

Blast! Must change plot!
Just kidding.
To make sure there is no confusion: There will be no Avant-garde entry from me (given the first time I actually read the contest thread was a little over a month before the deadline, and as always I'm waiting on recordings that will never arrive, a la Repent), but this film will be released, eventually.
Instead, ponder over this.
A nicely composed poster, if a bit overwhelming, I like the worm-looking monster.
The lighting on the CG field part looks really harsh and flat to me, though. Is this a deliberate choice? I'm wondering if you could get something a little softer and more convincing if you had more lights with lower brightness. Also:

This was a surprise to me, I was definitely looking forward to this being one of the contest entries. ah well.

Actually it was taken from this setup for the purpose of the poster and I didn't want to change the lighting that was set up for this shot. Of course, no matter how many filters I apply to tweak it, it doesn't look natural so it's something I'm working on.

What can I say. I only started working on it in June.;)
Are you still working on this, man?
i agree
Two year hiatus. Once that's over, I'll come back to this, although it will be done differently.
