Very good, the animation, sound, lighting were all very nicely done. Better than I will ever do. 
The only thing that I don't like is the camera quality. But still, very nice!

I also suggest getting a better camera, the quality ain't too great. Maybe try and focus on having some different camera angles too. Above is mentioned your sound design is nicely done, I can't say I agree, half the time there were NO sound effects, like when the car drove up to the gladiator. Lightning was just normal. The animation was the strongest part.
Pretty OK-ish film, keep practicing on the other aspects too and you'll be able to make some nice films.
