I was hoping that the US would make it farther then this, people where I live have been all abuzz about the world cup, and where I live, NO ONE knows (or is interested) about soccer... except for me.

In all fairness, Ghana was playing better during the first half, though the US dominated during the second half.

I disagree. The best chances, even in the first half, fell to the US. I can't even think of one time that Ghana broke down the US, besides the first goal, in the first half. They sent a few balls into the box that Howard dealt with easily, but I can't recall thinking the Ghana were ever close to scoring after the first goal. US had at least two good chances.
