I don't know. I don't how anyone manages to download other's videos.
Very easily. There are many websites and many pieces of freeware that let you do this. I have one, for when I want put videos from YouTube onto my iPhone.

This has happened to me a few times now (mainly with my Lord of the Rings/Hobbit videos). Sorry this happened to you man, I really do feel your pain. Unfortunately there isn't much more that you can do other than what has already been stated.
One of my live-action movies copied by one of my friends and he refuses to take it down. I'm still mad at him. He didn't reupload, he just made a movie with the same plot, it took place in same time and used the exact same joke as us.

You can't report the video if they re-made it, you just got to deal with it, sometimes that's the way life plays out, I have seen videos before that I liked the idea but really wanted to remake them with good production values, I haven't but if I did I doubt that the original creator could really do much to stop me without getting a lawyer involved and lets be realistic, who want's to sue over a few hundred YouTube views.
What do you mean? You can report a video if it "infringed my copyright". I don't understand why he couldn't just do that.
Sure, an originally created work is a copyright, but a joke and a plot isn't. If they stole a track of music, or directly used clips from your film, then that would be copyright infringement. The other person could claim that they "based their film of the original", thus, it would be an derivative work, not an infringement. Besides, even if YouTube did take down the video, it wouldn't help your friendship any, it would only make the problem worse because you're to blame for the removal of the video! Honestly, there is nothing new under the sun, and a joke film is a joke film. Besides, you know what they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...
Oh, I should have specified, I was talking to Funmi originally. Whoops.
Funmi, the rest of his videos appear to be episodes of the Ultimate Spiderman TV show, so he should be able to be taken down for that as well, and it may explain why he uploaded your video in the first place.
Underneath the person's screen name on YouTube, click on the following buttons:
More > Report > Infringes my rights > Infringes my copyright > Submit
Sometimes, YouTube may ask you to explain in so many words why said video is infringing on your copyright.
As long as you are the original creator and it is indeed 100% your content, you have the right to report the user for copyright infringement. YouTube will take down the said video in a few days. If the person spoofs your video or creates some sort of musical montage (AMV, etc.), then you can't report them.
I've barely been on BiM since BRAWL.
