Post-production animation via software would be one way.
THIS might be helpful to you.
It doesn't make the mouth look truly real, it's just for those YouTube kids who say "Wowz, teh mouth is movin! Omgz it's amazinger than anything I've evar seen in a vid!".
In my experience, to make it look truly real you have to make it in either a - a 3-D program (Such as Blender or Carrara), or b - a powerful editing program for animations such as AE or Axogon. If you do it frame by frame, unless you're the most consistent and artistic drawer ever, it's doubtful to be completely shaped how it should be the whole time.
BG, would you have any idea on how to do it in AE?

No, but I've seen examples of it, such as Nick Durron's picturesque. Plus, from what I gather, AE is suppose to be a very good video editor, so there's probably a good way to do it in there. If you were asking me how though, I have no idea because I don't own it! 
Lol, yes we can in after effects! For the mouth I use Photoshop Cs4 and After Effects Cs4, it depends what is the style of mouth do you want?
And now the question is:
WHY NOT with Glueface? Do you have any problems/difficults in the workaround?
I think he probably wants that professional touch that Unrenewable and Picturesque had.
Depends, you use Mac or PC?
LAYERS! LAYERS! LAYERS! have the film as one layer. then add the Mouth on when adding the audio. if the mouth has a transperant background you can change the shape of the mouth to fit different words.
