			<description><![CDATA[LAYERS! LAYERS! LAYERS! have the film as one layer. then add the Mouth on when adding the audio. if the mouth has a transperant background you can change the shape of the mouth to fit different words.
DO NOT DRAW IT IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus, from what I gather, AE is suppose to be a very good video editor, so there's probably a good way to do it in there. It doesn't make the mouth look truly real, it's just for those YouTube kids who say "Wowz, teh mouth is movin! Omgz it's amazinger than anything I've evar seen in a vid!".

In my experience, to make it look truly real you have to make it in either a - a 3-D program (Such as Blender or Carrara), or b - a powerful editing program for animations such as AE or Axogon. If you do it frame by frame, unless you're the most consistent and artistic drawer ever, it's doubtful to be completely shaped how it should be the whole time.]]></description>
