Watchmen Montage Clip: Intro Rorschach
I animated this 2 months ago, and now finally TG Tom has finished working on all the effects.
He really put a lot of effort into this, thanks mate 
I clearly made this because I am a Watchmen fan, I think this scene took everybody in the first 20 min 
. (and somebody needed to make a decent lego version of it...)
There's no reason to call these "montage clips" anymore.
Other than that, the animation and lighting was fine, but the special effects work was very rough, almost to the point where the image became completely incoherent (especially the chromakey elements). The CG grappling hook could also use some work.
Hmm the FX was kinda my fault. I'm not very great in CGI, and the grappling hook scene was totally different than I did before. The rough edges on the pictures is a shiny problem. The bricks reflected lots of green and I tried to make it look good, but it still came out a bit crappy. I'm still very proud of what we did. We made a decent Montage clip of Watchmen which is very close to the real thing.
For me, this was a new experience which I learned alot from.
That was awesome. The effects weren't perfect but it didn't really bother me
