Topic: Lego of the 90s or the Lego of the Noughties?

I was looking through some old, ruined lego cataloge of the 90s. I wish they still made that stuff now. It seemed more...fun. You have space shuttles, airports, racing cars, classic town stuff, trains. I just love the style...do you know what I mean? Lego these days just seems so boring. Lego back then seemed like a huge world.

or do you prefer lego of this decade?

what are your thoughts?

90 Plz.

No seriously, LEGO was so... Legoish then.

Now they try to make LEGO look like real stuff, instead of LEGO.

Did that make sense?

Yea some of the old sets i think look better. I also liked the starwars sets from back when they used yellow heads instead of the fleshies.

I love old Lego.

I do not care about your opinion, unless it has to do with it needing more ponies.

Yeah. They use to have life. They had that stuff back then, Lego modeled there sets on the real world in the 90's. But do we have Space Police and Power Miners now?

Re: Lego of the 90s or the Lego of the Noughties?

90's.
Because in one set you could get a car, truck, building, and minifigures.
Now a days, it's just one or the other.

It's amazing that sets from the 90s are considered vintage. It's only been 20 years. mini/blankexpression

EDIT: Um, yeah. 20 years is a long time. I guess. mini/confused
