Hehe, that was pretty nice. I actually laughed when the some other guy went all "rawr rawr" (but the ending could have been better). There are some things you could definetly improve on though.

One thing is a better camera (and/or lighting). The animation was good, but the camera's picture quality was really quite bad. Now this might be an issue with your webcam's settings or something, but whatever it is you can probably do better. Another thing is the story/plot/series idea. There have been a LOT of films involving two guys living together with a random third person and then random stuff happens and everyone laughs and the day is saved. You might want to look for something more original than this, because you have some fierce competition now and that means your series idea is prone to fail after two episodes.

It's like hamburgers: hamburgers are nice, but you don't want to end up stuffing someone full with hamburgers until ketchup streams out of every orifice. I'm not saying that this is a stupid idea, I'm just saying that something more original would give you an edge over other animators.
