I'm new here and I'm been serching on the fourms and I see everyone is using the Logitech Quikcam 9000. I wanted to know whats the hype for this camera. How is it better than the Logitech C910.

This webcam looks promising!

Well, I do know the Logitech C910 works with both a Mac and PC and the QC 9000 only with a PC. I've never used a QC 9000 so I don't really know the specs.

Is there any way you can turn off auto focus on a Logitech HD C615 webcam with a Mac? I know you can on a PC.
Nope, not that I know of.
Ok so I traded my Logitech C615 webcam and got the Logitech C910 pro, was this the better way to go?
Aye, matey. The C910 be one of the best webcams for brickfilmin'.

Great! I'm so glad I got it!
On all the videos I have seen, the C910 has worse quality than the Quickcam Pro 9000, yet people say it has better quality. I'm not sure which one to get. Please help.
EDIT:
I also heard that the focus has 10% increments, is this true?

hello.
I have recently been told on one of my newest videos that my quality sucked
I have known this for a long time but never really could do anything about it
I am saving up for a new computer right now but would like to know if there is any good webcam in the price range of $30-$40 or less
if there is one please let me know about it
Is the Logitech HD webcam C525 a good webcam for brickfilming? I just started making brickfilms so I don't know what webcam is better and I'm thinking between a C525 or a C615.

If it has complete manual settings and good quality it should be alright.
Does anyone know about the Logitech 720p Webcam C905? Will it work? I'm not sure... I do not know about the manual focus. I can't find out what focus it has.
Does the aGent V5 Full HD webcam have all the necessary requirements for brickfilming on a Mac (manual controls etc.)?
I'm going to replace my QC 9000 soon, but whether for the QC 910 or the QC 920 I'm not sure. No one seems certain on which one to go with. I've seem some saying the QC 910 is best, some say the QC 920, and some say that both suck and the QC 9000 is best. I'm rather confused.
If the C920 has manual settings, I think that would be the best. It has a tripod mount. I have tried the C910, and I couldn't make it stand still.
The c920 has full manual settings and balances very well. It is of a very good quality.
Okay, thanks guys! I guess I'll go with the C920, but only when I get the money of course.
