Maybe Darkman should submit his Pan Shot Tutorial.
Maybe Darkman should submit his Pan Shot Tutorial.
Yeah he should.
I feel an incomplete resources section would be more beneficial to the community than an absent one. Missing resources can be advertised on that page and volunteers can create and submit content for these. It just seems pointless to wait for it to be completely done before its put up.
Just wondering what do you have?
A general layout / navigational system for the resources, and a few tutorials. Even tutorials we receive have to be formatted and such, it takes time and I think so far we only have maybe 7-8 tutorials formatted, in addition to a software section that is based on Ash's "Free Software List," though expanded a fair amount.
We should explain music 'n' stuff to n00bs.
it would be intresting to have a tutorial with recommended programs and how to use them:cool:
uhh this might sound like a dumb question but I how do i make a tutorial
Like how do i have a written one instead of video
I was think ing Microsoft Word but that doesn't sound right
For Instance I found an audio guide back in BF that is adobe reader
So how do i make one like that
or at least like this
it's quite easy really:
Open TextEdit.
Then write the tutorial.
Naw, Capedkid, he means something with formatting and images, etc.
The preferred format for tutorials submitted to us is something like a Word document, or, ideally, a tutorial written in BBcode as that's probably what we're going to end up using. The post you send us can actually be the tutorial. So you'd host the images on whatever image hosting site temporarily, and use [img]image url[/img] to insert them into your article.
So I can just make the whole tutorial on Word then send it to you?
I thought NXT had a masking tutorial in GIMP.
Could we put that up here?
So y'know it was mentioned about getting this up late December, is it still on track to do so?
I could possibly write a tutorial on how to use LSmaker, considering few people actually know how to really use it and make it look good.
You can use my Running Tutorial, if you want. ![]()
