Brilliant, i especially liked the part with the stick. Good quality and very smooth 
The animation was really good, you've improved a lot.
The only animation flaws I saw was light flicker and when the stick went up, don't try to make the stick going up with a bunch of frames, or it looks too slow.
There are a few topics about not having light flicker, just go and look for them.
Great job with the treadmill, btw!
Wow, that was nice! Some light flicker, a little camera movement, but I thought it look pretty good.
The only things I spotted wrong were the light flicker and the face that anything in the air lost its shadow. Nice one.
Also, there was something up with that run cycle, but I couldn't place my finger on it.

Hazzat, I just realized what was so weird about the run cycle.
The feet aren't touching the ground.
Remember to always make it touch the ground when you do a run cycle, Mutuceba!

Well, they looked like they weren't touching the ground...
That's the very run cycle that I used in my tutorial on the subject. Maybe it's because you're using a different frame rate?
