Many of the rewards are still available in the first post of this thread.
We will be launching a second wave of crowdfunding with a new reward option or two some time in January, but we'll make sure that none of the new options make the old ones obsolete.

The European leg of filming begins just over a month from now! Still ironing out plans, but I think it'll add a great sense of global perspective to the film.
Do you intend to come to France during your European journey? (We read somewhere you wanted to go to England and Germany...)
Smeagol, I really do hope you guys do go global that'd be truly amazing. Interviewing brickfilmers from around the globe! Quite astonishing it would be I must say.
I'm really excited to learn how Europeans animate and if they do it any differently, how they handle their lego and anything else. Can't wait to put my order in!

Yes! Although I must warn our travel budget and schedule is very limited. We'll be filming in Strasbourg, interviewing Maxime Marion (iguana on BiM; creator of the Henry & Edmond films).
I wanted to expand filming to Australia as well, but we've run into some limitations with budget, so it looks like that won't be happening. I'm disappointed but I am also confident we can get *enough* good material in North America and Europe.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support the project with contributions! We can use any amount we get to put toward ongoing expenses on the project.
Planning is coming along for Europe, it's a bit of a different animal in terms of the complexity of logistics.
Europe's an expensive place. Planning is coming along, though! We begin the Europe portion of production on February 6.
I've been working very hard to make the most of funds wherever possible, and I've managed to save about $700 this week through some fastidious eBaying and research about how the equipment can be streamlined.
For those wondering, it looks likely that we will have a second wave of fundraising with some new reward options, but not until after production in Europe, so that we can raise funds for the costs incurred in production thus far and for the stop motion animation portion of production, which will be the third and final phase of filming. We're considering making an extended edition version of the film available for pre-order (with a discount for people who've already backed!) because there is so much material that we think brickfilmers would enjoy but which will have to be trimmed out for a 80-90 minute documentary aimed at a wider audience.
Well, hopefully I'll be able to help this time, someone owes me money and I'll try to get some back so I can help the project. (hopefully) Because I really want to help.
