Season 5 Premiere

A hilarious sketch comedy show that you can find on BYUtv (channel 374 for DirectTV) and on Facebook and YouTube. Most shows like this are pretty "meh" to me, and the lack real spirit and wit. But, this show is hilarious, and it's got something the whole family can find humorous and enjoyable. The show just started their fifth season, due to being one of BYUtv's most popular programs. It was hilarious.

Episode 18: Average Jeff

I already started up a discussion thread for this one, but since it's so far down in the "inactive topics" section, I decided just to let it die and post about it here. Just last summer, the series creator/lead voice actor was fired from Cartoon Network for unruly behaviour towards his fellow co-workers on the show. The post-Season 1 future is unclear to many of the fans, but the first season of the show was probably completed before he was canned. And I liked this episode. I mean, there were better episodes in the past, but this one was still enjoyable.

JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED

When I was younger, I loved Batman: The Animated Series. I still do. When it came out, the justice league shows never caught on with me because, other than batman and superman, I didn't know many of the characters all that well and/or didn't like them.

Boy was I stupid.

This show rocks! Literally, the theme song is full out rock n, roll (awesome!)

I revisited this show when I heard a lot of reviewers say it was really good. I saw the original justice league show, and it was pretty good, but this is even better! The characters are awesome, the stories are awesome, it's just a great show, and it's better than I originally thought it would be (that being it would just be batman and superman being overshadowed by a bunch of other heroes' story arcs and the two of them just kind of Being there.)

LOVE that show! Saw the finale a month or so ago, and it was quite fulfilling. While it did have it's down moments, LOST has to be one of my favorite shows of all time. It focuses a lot on character development, giving the audience a good idea of the charters' back stories and motivations. I especially liked Charlie, Claire, Sawyer, Locke, Desmond, Mr. Eko,
and Hurley (Let's face it: everybody loves Hurley). Lapidus was also pretty cool but I wish they had dedicated an episode to his character. The one thing I can honestly say I hated about the show was the beginning of seasons five when

There were also a lot of unanswered questions, but, when I saw the ending of the finale, when

I allowed myself to forget those for a while and focus on the beautiful ending scene.

LOST was not perfect, but it was very intriguing, always keeping you guessing until the next episode. I'm really going to miss watching it, I loved it so much, it feels almost a part of me now.   (Though in a year or so I'll probably re-watch it when my friends or relatives get into it.)

The Great Pumpkin

How does one determine how sincere a pumpkin patch is???!!!

The flash is cool.  I don't get the appeal to 30 rock, though.  It's about as unfunny as a show can get (that does explains why critics like it at least).  The last show I watched was Last Man Standing last night.  THat's if you don't count the show that followed it, I think it was called Cristina or something similar.  I don't count it because after 8 or so minutes, my brother took over the TV to watch wrestling.

the episode of Last Man Standing was weird.  It didn't really seem to resolve, and the character Eve pretty much sat on the couch and watched TV the whole episode, rather than be involved in a subplot of some kind.  Still a funny episode; the best moment was when Tim Allen's boss talked about his father sending him outside wrapped in tin foil during a lightning storm, and some discussion on various ways to warm gerbils.

30 Rock is one of my favorites. So many great moments.

I've been watching a lot of the new fall shows and I'm really enjoying The Flash and Gracepoint. How to Get Away With Murder is fine, if not a bit soapy. The Legend of Kora and Gravity Falls continue to impress. I delved into the BBC show Utopia recently, and it's amazing and stylish and clever. It's a short run (20 episodes over two seasons) so it is pretty accessible, but be warned there is some very graphic violent unpleasantry and a metric ton of "swear words."

Yes!  Thx mickey. It is Cristela.  It wasn't so bad the first few minutes of it.  Nothing I'd tune into every week, though.  But since critics don't like it, I should give it another check.
