Just got back in town after interviewing RevMen for the documentary this weekend. I will attempt to cover anything I missed.

Is this a mistake? This sentence doesn't seem to be outlining purposes, so I'm thinking it must be. Thanks!
The intention here was that the release of claims applies to the DVD. I think you might be right, however, that the language of the latter portion seems to exceed the first part. I am not a lawyer and we did essentially adjust a boilerplate to be accurate to this project's needs. We don't intend to use the films for anything beyond this one DVD, and so we would contact people if we decide we'd like to use them for something else.
