The story and animation is something you definitely need to work on. The voice acting is great, but again, the script and dialogue needs to be worked on.

There were some pretty good sets here, I think that was one of the real strengths of the film. As dreandreas said, animation and story need work , but I can see improvement here over some of your previous films. I think the cinematography could use a little work too; some of the shots were a little boring, they needed more movement and variation in shot types (medium, close up, wide etc). I thought the tone of the film was pretty well set, especially with the music.
Lastly some of the colouring was a little flat and washed out, that could definitely be improved.
Overall, though, this is a definite improvement over you previous work.
Alright, as has been said, the animation is a weak point, and needs to be worked on.
Some of the sets are good, but others, especially at the start, are obviously just facades in front of a black wall. Others sets are large, but basic in construction and color choices. The voice acting and mic quality/volume jumped around with the different characters. The pauses between lines are sometimes too long, and some of the line delivery just...Isn't right.
The story is decent, and tries to convey a bigger world, but there's not much character moments or chances to figure out much about any of the people. Maybe because the intro is so long that by the time the plot actually gets going, it ends.
But the music is spot-on, the twist at the end is unexpected and interesting, and as Saminatorger already said, it's quite a bit better than your older work. I look forward to its getting better and better as you improve your skills and learn more.
