Love the set and the zoom. The animation of the van is fluid, but the turn could use a little more work.
The set was actually very nice, I liked out they were guarding it, I did feel the outside of it was a bit empty, but otherwise nice work!
The set, can animation and outward zoom are all good, the character animation just needs to be smoothed out, more frames of animation should help. ![]()
I liked it! Most of the animation was pretty smooth and I think that's the most important when it comes to the beauty of a brickfilm.
I was especially surprised by the higher quality because you titled it 'crappy animation'.
Well i found it a bit crappy because the set shaked a lot for some reason. And... well, it's just a test and it's awfully short. I'm now working on a bunch of tests combined so i won't have to do them as seperate videos because it's annoying. The zoom was done later in Vegas, by the way.
I'm not really a fan of how bright and washed out the colour correction was, to be honest. I'm not sure what you're going for with the mood exactly, but the bright white taking up a quarter of the frame is quite overwhelming.
I know about that, i suck with lighting because i have absolutely NO space. Basically i only use one lamp and that's it ![]()
And i have a blue cloth which i usually put behind my sets (atleast, i will do in the future) but i forgot to do that.
