I just looked and it said you can, so can you download entries from there?
Probably not, the video cannot be publicly viewable which is why it should be uploaded to a file hosting website. If you have a way of hosting a video on photobucket so I can download it and it is not publicly viewable that'd be fine, given Photobucket's video system is basically a YouTube clone though I'm guessing that won't work.
Really, though, MediaFire is a win-win situation. You don't even have to register to use it.
