I just looked and it said you can, so can you download entries from there?
There is an option on PhotoBucket to upload video so that could work.

Probably not, the video cannot be publicly viewable which is why it should be uploaded to a file hosting website. If you have a way of hosting a video on photobucket so I can download it and it is not publicly viewable that'd be fine, given Photobucket's video system is basically a YouTube clone though I'm guessing that won't work.
Really, though, MediaFire is a win-win situation. You don't even have to register to use it.

No, that wouldn't work. Seriously, folks, just upload it to Mediafire or one of the other 5 alternatives I mentioned and PM the link to STAR.
And you really don't need to worry about the process of submitting your film for a few months.
I have moved the deadline forward (as in, earlier) by 24 hours. This is actually the deadline I originally intended, sorry for the mistake.

Yes, but you can submit it any time before that as well. So just get it in by Saturday evening and you'll be fine.

After some thought, we have removed the length restriction. Films must only be longer than 2 minutes to qualify.
If I were you, Smeagol, I would post that change in the first post (if not already done)...
