Very nice FX and masking. You might want to use a better motion tracking program though.
Overall it was pretty good, but the motion blur was in almost every shot and kind of hurt my eyes a bit.

The FX looked good and the animation was fairly smooth. (Noticed some light flicker in a shot to two though.)
That was pretty cool. The masking was really well done, although some of the stock footage looked kind of out-of-place. Also the shot at 0:45 where Superman is "powering up?" his eyes to shoot Zod didn't look quite right, since it was just a picture bouncing around. Not really that big of a deal, just one of the things I noticed. Really smooth animation and camera movement, though.
