Topic: Ninja Fight scene

I made this for a Fight-scene contest.

I was hesitating posting this here because of the terrible voice acting, but I finally built up the nerve. I put this in the WIPs and tests because I felt It didn't belong in releases. Its not a brick film, with a story and plot, its just two minifigures fighting.

Anyways, enjoy! (Might want to turn off the volume if you are not a fan of squeaky voices).

The other big reason for making this was not only to enter the contest, but to see exactly what I could do with a fight scene. I know that I will be using fight scenes in future comedy videos, so I want to get as good at it as possible. Please give me any suggestions you have and tell me where I can improve. Thanks guys mini/smile

no more brickfilming *sad face*.

Re: Ninja Fight scene

That was cool, you definitely have a knack for these kind of fight scenes.  The high-pitched voices got a bit annoying by the end, but then again it wasn't really about them. But yeah, I really liked the fighting. There were a couple spots where the animation was bumpy/choppy, but the rest was fine. I especially love the min-air flips and punches, those were cool.

Re: Ninja Fight scene

I agree with Mighty Wanderer. (I also thought the jokes were fun, especially the loooooooong kick one.)

HEY, I PUT A DISCLAIMER!

But yes, I sort of just gave up with the voices here. Once again, its not a brickfilm, its just testing my fight scene skills.
Anyways, thanks for the feed back. And yes, I did bump a lot of things though. As Pritchard studios once said;

"Your name is Push-over."

It just happens to be one of my biggest struggles in brickfilming. As far as choppy goes, that is another reason I keep practicing fight scenes. For whatever reason, I find myself taking very few frames during fight scenes. I take ALOT less then I do in normal scenes. I don't know why really rush through the fights, but it might be because I find them more difficult then other scenes. I guess practice makes perfect! mini/smile

Thanks. I recently discovered (to my horror) that I can't make a video with out comedy anymore. Probably going to become a bit of a problem somewhere along the line. mini/XD

Only when it isn't funny or if making a film were comedy would make the film terrible. mini/smile

That's not a problem. It's a gift.
