Whoa, that was really, really, really impressive for a first test. You eased in and out very well.
The only blips I noticed were some light flicker in the background and that the animation is a little slow. Make sure all your camera settings are set to manual (Scypax probably already told you this).

Thanks Juggernaut for the kind words towards him. Naturally though he did have a seasoned animator heavily supervising what he was doing, so I guess you could say he's lucky! I am confident he will do well with me not around. (He's 800 miles away from where I live, I'm just visiting).
And TanOak, keep up the good work. Another thing you can do to prevent light flicker would be to make sure there's no light sources behind you, which I think was the issue in this little test of ours.
