Re: Works-in-Progress Post and Critique
Oh, that is too cool, Littlebrick. I'm jealous that I didn't think of that first.

Made this a few weeks back, experimenting with lighting:
Ooo, very cool.
Nice, seems like it would be hard to keep it relatively consistent, though.
Alright, I thought I would post here again finally. I actually need help on how to make this look better...

Yeah I am
I'm actually blue screening basically everything in that.
The tree looks a little to squareish. If its supposed to be a palm tree, there are palm tree parts lego made in some pirates sets. Other than tthat, the only thing that needs changed is the edges of the bushes arnt all the way there.
that pic reminds me of the opening scene of America: Outlawed
the bushes in the back ground are a little too 'rounded'... i think it looks good btw
Bump in this thread Brickmack
You guys might want to check the date on Olson's post...
Come on! I make a thread and you link me to a thread you think I'm ripping off. People post in the thread and you tell them it's out of date! It's a good thread. It's not a crime to bump.

Nobody was condemning anyone.
Bumping a thread is fine if the contribution is substantive, but answering a question asked two months ago is usually pointless.
Now it's certainly possible that Olson is still waiting for an answer, it's just not likely.

Splash, you are brave You just took on one of the most senior mods of this site.
Hope you win.
Dog
Its not a fight. What are you on about.
And technically, I believe Hazzat is the most junior moderator. I believe it was November 7th, 2009.

I'm not fighting and if that's what it turns into I'm not staying. I find it funny that you would take my side anyway. I'm not really brave. It's only Hazzat.

Gosh, even I didn't know that date. And yes, I'm still the newbie on the mod squad.
Splash, I was only saying that because Olson probably doesn't need critique on that frame anymore. It would have been perfectly fine to bump this with a new WIP frame for critique.
