Just a question. I just was wondering if there was a reason that all of the other videos from yesterday received 4x the views as mine. It's not a complaint, but I wanted to know if there was some reason people weren't viewing something that is only 30 seconds long. I would like to know what others think of it, but don't even have the views to get the feedback. As a community united by common creative interests, I was hoping for some input.
It looks Interesting. I enjoyed the first one, I can't wait for the second one.
Are you meaning the topics, or the actual videos?
Either way, I may have the answer.
You post a lot about the Holding series, and while it's obvious that you love it and are really excited about it, it may be that other, more casual, fans of the series are getting a bit over-saturated. You may want to hold back on the publicity for a bit, and concentrate more on the production. 
You have amazing scriptwriting for this series, it's the animation that needs a bit of work.
As for your enthusiasm about the series, don't listen to Pritchard. (sorry Pritchard 
) It is my opinion that enthusiasm is the best possible thing in any situation. Please never lose that. Personally I cannot wait for this to come out 
I'm not going to ignore Pritchard, Topitmonkeydog, because his opinions are helpful. But not do much more can be to concentrate on the production, having dedicated tremendous time and effort. But maybe I'm too excited about the work I've been doing. That's because I'm dedicated to one project, each one is far longer than an average brickfilm, and until the release is actually out, keeping things up to date on the forum are all I have until the trailers and the actual episodes themselves are posted. I did notice, though, that when I joined, there was a lot more traffic going on here, and much more discussion of each others' work. Especially int he last 3 or so months, things dropped off dramatically. I don't know why.
Topit, I do know of the technical limitations my brickfilms suffer from. My camera's lack of manual features makes that part ofthe problem, but I am continuing to seek ways to minimize these problems. I do hope the plot and characters make up for it.
It's cool; the trailer seems just like any old commercial that tells of a new episode of a series. I'm excited about it, and you should be too, HOO. Even though it's only two episodes so far, you've come a long way. These are full-length episodes here; usually a LEGO-animated webseries is only 2-5 minutes long. But, this is really something!
Hey, Mickey, are you the person I was supposed to put first dibs on for voice auditions for episode 3? Because You still have that for any available part... Please check out the audio section where I have the casting call. Also, in the trailer, there was some real severe jumpiness toward the end, in the radio station scene, but I did some post-porduction work to minimize that. That set was a pain to work with. I kept buping my hand into everything.
