I was trying to keep the camera still!
Hmm, it went a bit too fast for me. No-one (normal) walks at that speed! Also, the minifig didn't swing his arms, which is very important if you want a realistic walking animation.
i have not animated at 15 FPS for 4 years
Wow 4 years is a very long time to not do 15 FPS

I would recommend 15 FPS.
The 12 FPS seemed kinda slow. The 24 seemed too fast for walking but too slow for running.
I would agree that 15 FPS is a good rate.
Nice, I thought it looked great. I walk that fast normally (When i walk, I just running with walking motions

I timed the walking with a stopwatch and it the normal working speed of a human

And that keeps them from speed walking?
Yeah. Knees mean that you walk faster.
