Topic: Morning (Test)

Video

Just a quick test mainly focusing on my lighting and walk cycle.

Re: Morning (Test)

The walk cycle looks pretty good except that in most cases, it looks best if you animate the minifigs arms swinging back and forth while he walks. I see that the chair was in the way, but his arm should raise before he reaches the table so there's not a sudden change in position. The part where where he side steps in front of the table and sits down looks rushed.

The light is too bright and it's shining through the bricks. I'd recommend moving the light farther from the set or diffusing it if you haven't already.

Also, I'm pretty sure the Logitech C910 has manual focus. You should definitely use it; it'll make your animations look a lot better.

Thanks for the feedback! I can tone the lighting down, it was on the brightest setting. Also, Logitech C910 + iMac ≠ Manuel Focus. I've been trying to get around to buying a manuel focus webcam for Apple computers but haven't gotten the time.
