That's a pretty nice walking cycle, the only things that came to my mind was the light flicker and the fact that the minifigure was moved a little to much sometimes.
By the way, what camera and framerate do you use? ![]()
Well done, it looked quite nice. Aside from the already mentioned light flicker, it was great!

I used a PHILIPS (I'm not sure what the model is, its pretty old.) and I used 24 fps

Thank you! My friend said he has a webcam he doesn't use and I could have it so that might fix the flicker. ![]()

The big thing that I do to reduce flicker is make sure all light sources, other then your lamps that are using, are blocked off. I use one of those big poster boards, and put it up behind the set. One time I forgot to put it up, and there was a good bit of noticeable light change.
