The screenshots look much more impressive than your old brickfilms. When I watch those screenshots I always think that are you now so pro that you make awesome fighting scenes and other animation like a pro, mini/lol because those screenshots are so nice-looking, so how did you get so much better than you were in your "old video" -time?

Thanks for the kind words
I have switched to using a webcam which as you can see has made a world of difference with shots I can do as opposed to what I could not do before.
Although I am by no means a pro, I just hope everyone likes this film for what it is about.
The first half was shot with my old camera, and the second half with the web cam.
Look forward to your comments once it is done.

Looks great bud!

Thanks bud, but had a big cluster bleep.
I learned the hard way the only zoom I should be using is the one on my web cam settings and not the one on istopmotion.
I had o scrap a full page of filming and re shoot it.
Finished it up last night and today.
Man was not happy, but this film has been a learning experience of what to do and not to do next time how to prepare better.

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Mistakes are part of the game. Just don't be disheartened by them. Live and learn mini/bigsmile
Question though...do you actually use the webcam's digital zoom? I've tried that and it decreased the quality of the picture to the point that I would rather watch an old VHS tape than that mini/lol
Merry Christmas to all!!!

Re: Batman First Encounter.

The digital zoom did not work at all, that is why had to re shot entire page.
I use the zoom on the web cam settings.
Not disheartened, bit annoyed but have learned what to do next time.
Merry Christmas bud and to everyone.

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Doing the happy dance. Scene 6 is now filmed.
Scene 7 left and compared to scene 6 this will take
no time at all to film.
Hope to be done all filming by weekends end and start
Final editing next week.
Stay tuned.

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Those frames look good, Antonio. Keep up the good work.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Re: Batman First Encounter.

The end of filming is near.
All that remains is the end scene and
filming will be complete.

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Filming will be completed on New Years Day.
Then editing begins.

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Nice! But does it have old-camera clips and new-camera clips both?

Re: Batman First Encounter.

Editing is moving along nicely. Hope to have it posted soon.
Now for my first film I am happy how it turned out.
But i also know there are some short comings and things I can improve on for next time.
In short this film has been a real learning process for the long while I have been working on it
and hope you all like it for what it is.
Stay tuned.
