Topic: Camera Steadiness?

I have a camera, with a curved bottom, which makes it very hard to keep a still image, i am going to target next monday, where i will be getting my lego star wars battle packs. I have 8 bucks, any cheap solutions? I heard silly putty would work, but is there any super cheap tri pod, or anything?

Re: Camera Steadiness?

There are some at dollar store that are $3,but they're very small, and not retractable.
I'd suggest getting an $8 one, they are small, but can retract up to 3 feet.

Re: Camera Steadiness?

I think first you must buy a tripod. Then if you don't have capture program you must to buy a wire remote controller. They're very helpful. No shaking, mans... mini/smile

Re: Camera Steadiness?

Tripods really help. They aren't too expensive, but bear in mind that the cheap ones are not the highest quality.

Re: Camera Steadiness?

You could consider connecting the camera via it's TV cable to a dazzle or easycam recording device which would show a video feed of your camera on your PC and allow you to use monkey jam, helium frog or another frame capturing software.

Or you could just buy a decent webcam mini/smile

Re: Camera Steadiness?

If you can get wire remote controller for it, you problems are in hell. If you don't they (will come/are) in you head! Mwahaha! Not really. But try to fix it somehow. I have 70 euros' tripod and 30 euros' wire remote controller and of course my wonderfull D3100. 400 euros' camera. mini/smile And I love it. I think so...
