			<description><![CDATA[You could consider connecting the camera via it's TV cable to a dazzle or easycam recording device which would show a video feed of your camera on your PC and allow you to use monkey jam, helium frog or another frame capturing software.

Or you could just buy a decent webcam :)]]></description>

I'd suggest getting an $8 one,they are small,but can retract up to 3 feet.
