well I didn't understand what was happening.
you still have camera shaking issues but you use that to your advantage in this film. it helped give a "scary" effect
the worst part was probably the slow reaction time of the caricatures. in the end when the guy shot him he stood around for eternity then sat down? you may have been trying to make a comic finish to your film but  with the rest so serous all that happened was it looking weird.
and there was no story. Fight scenes like this really have no point when you don't have a plot. I personally can't stand fight scenes were there's one guy fighting and then another guy shows up.
overall I will say your improving

Animation: 3/5 it was good but needed a little more work.
cinematography: 3/5 Like I said before there were camera shakes but it helped the film this time.
Story: 1/5 this was your weakest point.
effects: 4/5 they were pretty good. I'm curious what effect program you use.
Overall: 3/5 Your animations are improving
