So, I'm going to have to be honest, I didn't really care for this film. The animation was very choppy, and there was no easing in and out between the characters. The voice acting was meg-shift performance, and it didn't sound very good all together. The lighting scheme was very good, but there was severe flicker in basically every shot. There were also some focal changes from characters that didn't make sense. However, the music selection was good, and the story is pretty good as well.

I agree. Choppy, flicking and unfocus... but I liked the story. I except more for you big budget but let see what will be come...

You shouldn't call the voice acting of any character pathetic. You can say that it wasn't good or wasn't well executed, but saying it's pathetic is just plain rude. Though I do agree with your point that I was expecting more from a +$1000 project.

I didn't mean the voice acting guy! In the film Batman sounds pathetic like he is like some little kid and I mean it's good thing for the film and plot and I liked. I didn't mean that the voice actor is pathetic and the Batman sounds "worst". Sorry for pathetic information. ;D

Firstly I'd like to ask you... where in the name of God did you put 1000 $? mini/smile

Now about the video. The screenplay is good and that is always the most important thing, I also liked the color change in the Scarecrow sequence however there are many light flickers, the camera work could've been so much better because most of the time it's out of focus. Scarecrow's red evil'ish eye effect was a good idea yet they kept on moving all over his face and that really ruined it for me not to forget the 2:41 mistake (check out the face). The voice acting is average but the animation is really choppy mini/smile dude you gotta work on this harder if you want to make these series successful.

I don't want to give any stars because you're not gonna like what you see, so I just wrote a review this time.

The light flicker is probably caused by the fact that Alfa uses the standard canon lenses. These will cause light flicker due to the way these use the aperture (keeps opening and closing between shots). You can improve on this using old standard lenses. As stated before, they are really cheap... Personally, i use M42 lenses of various brands.

ok, thanks again, and Boardron, could you give me a name or a link to a lens you use... PLEASE...... and also, what really is the difference in the lens?

Also, the vast amount of the money was actually on software(Hitfilm: $400) and a Camera ($600)

don't you have Hitfilm Ultimate? I needed an effects program and it's what I decided on, it's way cheaper then After Effects and all....

I have bought several lenses:
- pentacon 50/1.8
- pentacon 29/2.8
- orion 30-70
- 1 lens adapter m42 => EOS
- set of macro rings.
... For à grand total of about 80 bucks.

These lenses Will keep the aperture on the set value, as will all older manual lenses.

Almost. You need a lens that will leave the aperture 'set' at the chosen value. Old manual lenses with aperture control will do that, but it's not the same...

For effects I have Action Essentials 2.0 and Particle Illusion 3.0, never tried Hitfilm though but I'm curious.

and LarryStudios, all I can say about Hitfilm Ultimate is, BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I would Like Action Essentials 2.0, I'm really happy with Hitfilm.....
