I still think it would be more fun if you could only speak the allotted ten lines. Of course that might lead to a bunch of entries that are exactly the same. Sounds fun.
Looks like I'm not entering this after all. :L good luck to everyone else!
I'm in, see you on the 26th
Sounds good. I may enter if I can dig up some motivation of my brain. Hope I don't fall in koma for a week or two. And after I got some bandages (and time) I will try to enter.
...Now where is a shovel? *Looking for shovel*
How long dose the film have to be?
Your film must have a minimum of at least 30 seconds of animation.
Make sure we haven't already answered your question in the main post. It only requires less than a minute to read through the entire thing, I've tried to make sure that any question that someone may have is answered in the main post.
I see I have to ask again.
...would it be fine to enter with the ten lines translated in another language? ...
I see I have to ask again.
Earlier I wrote:...would it be fine to enter with the ten lines translated in another language? ...
Yeah, as long as you put subtitles in the finished film.

If you don't know the language, how will you know if they are correct? (Google Translate doesn't work for every language, especially ones that have characters and symbols instead of the normal alphabet (i.e. letters a,b,c)
If I remember correctly, the last time we had this contest we had a full 30 lines to pick 10 from, and people STILL had a hard time putting them in creatively. Limiting everyone to the same ten lines this time around would just be overkill, IMHO.
I'm really not sure. While I do agree with Smeagol, Littlebrick makes sense. Though then again, then was then and now is now. We might be able to pull together something good, as we are dealing with an almost entirely different group of people.
Alright, I've changed it back to 30 lines to pick from. I want to keep it as close to the original contest as possible.
If anyone has access to the brickfilms.com archive of posts, I'd like to know how exactly it was done. I've been going off of my and other's memories, so I'm not quite sure if they're accurate.

I think the ball has something to do with an 8-ball in pool. (?)
Sounds great. Can't wait.
The logo is actually just complete nonsense.
I really enjoy the idea of this.
I'd love to enter if I could think up something clever using the lines, and time presented itself.
Completely regardless of what ever prizes can be won.

MPfist0's first language is Italian. He clearly knows English, as his spelling and grammar are better than many English speakers on the site. We have many people here who's first languages are NOT English.

I honestly never thought of that. Why is it I am completely incapable of reading the fine print?
(Better grammar than most on this site, more like THE WHOLE INTERNET.)
