The title looks great, but will the background be moving around like it's smoke, or will it remain static?
The text is perfect, did you make it yourself, or copy it from somewhere?
The background on the other hand...well...
It looks WAY to abstract, and appears to have been made by smearing some paint on the paper, and then shooting it with a paintball gun. I did some backgrounds before with pastels, here are the links, and even though they didn't turn out that good, at least you could tell what they were supposed to be. I'm not sure what yours is, and the colors aren't very natural, (Pink and yellow mostly) meaning that they don't look like, say, a green field, or a forest. The dots also aren't helping with the realism.
I'm not trying to be mean or harsh whatsoever, but I'd set that aside and start over if I was you.
I'll see if I can find some good examples for backgrounds, and then edit links to those in this post. (As mine aren't really very good.)
EDIT:
After looking though a number of brickfilms, I've found that most just have a solid color background, (Some shade of light blue) with varying amounts of trees, rocks, walls or other such things inbetween the camera and the background. And the few that have a more complex background are usualy green-screened. So you may want to try the first method, and see if you like that, but if not, you may want to touch up the background before you film with it.
