Topic: Is there a way to import light and camera data from 3DS Max into AE?

Yeah, the title pretty much sums it up.

I'm basically wondering if there's a way that I can take a 3d scene from 3DS Max and be able to import the camera and positions / animations into After Effects to be able to add stuff like optical flares or particle stuff to a scene.  I've heard that Cinema 4D has a lot of helpful tools for this type of thing, but I since I don't have Cinema 4D, I'm wondering if there's a way to do this in 3DS Max.

Thanks!

Video Copilot posted something about exporting camera data into AE, but I'm not sure about lighting.

yeah, i saw that article, but that's just for camera data.  i guess that would work for most of the stuff i'm doing, but lights would be handy
