Looks like YouTube messed up the colours.
That doesn't look much like a "Heavy Blow" to me. It looks like he didn't even touch the guy. What would make it better is having them stand closer together and the punch actually connecting. Also, too make it look like he hit him harder, anticipate and follow through more.
Keep practicing! Punches are hard to get right.

Please elaborate, I don't understand what you mean.
Also, please show me an animation of a good punch, so I can improve.

Whoops, I forgot to explain that stuff.
Anticipation is when the minfig moves his hand back before the punch. The heavier the punch, the more anticipation you need.
Following through is after he connects the punch, his arm should keep going in the same direction. Like anticipation, heavier the punch, the more following through you need.
I've heard Fancypants made some good fight scenes.
