Yes it did seem a little awkward. And they're was some light flicker and camera bumps, but it was pretty good. What frame capture software do you use?

Yeah, it was a little weird.
I use the demo of SAM Animation capture software, which is available for download http://www.icreatetoeducate.com
And if you wanted to know, I animate at 15fps.
