I use Adobe Fireworks CS3 - my first choice for pixel art and animated GIFs.
save the image in .png format, so the resolution is higher.

there is a tutorial on .gifs in gimp, but instead of drawing the images, put the pre-made .png images into seperate layers. Hope that helps.
I'll have some new versions of Mr. Gren soon...

We already agreed that Mr. Green looks fine.
We have? I personally am still very unhappy with him. If he had the same eyes and mouth as the old Mr. Green, however, I would be a much happier man.
