I see it more as a evolution or transformation rather than regeneration, but either way nice job!
animation was a little choppy, but i dig that effect, very nice. ![]()
The Regeneration concept is from Doctor who.
And the Mini figure (at start who changes) is me ![]()

The Regeneration effect was nice (and fairly authentic-looking), but the animation wasn't great and I wished that the minifigure's face changed along with his hair.
It was hard to find a face which would also show that he was shocked and in pain after his regeneration. I'm still pretty new to the animation business, so i'll try to get better each time.
