I see you have a bit of flicker going on dues to the reflective bricks wall in the background giving a light distorted, and unclear reflection of you.
I recommend shooting shots at angles where it is difficult to reflect yourself, as well as making sure that no light from lamps shines on you and wear dark clothing.
A good animator lurks in the shadows.
