Anyway, I have a minor question: If you have a camera that doesn't have a two-seconds-after-pressing-botton-mode picture take (this isn't about my camera though), how do you then get your reflection off a LEGO window? Sorry if this is a stupid question

I have a question...I'm not as creative as I used to be at building lego stuff. Anyone know what I could do to help myself?
Something good to do it just keep practicing. 
Build lots of stuff, and post pictures of it someplace where people can see it and give some helpful criticism. I used to be really bad with building. But I went to a LEGO model Gallery and posted my stuff there, I made a lot more, and started getting better, constantly trying to impress people with my skill, and viewing others creations and commenting on them and talking about it really helps.
I know. It's pretty impressive. I was expecting his brothers to do really bad (no offense to Fancypants's brothers) and also, nice job, Topit, you got this topic on as a sticky!

Nah, what I usually do is look at a real life example of what I want to create.
Other than that, the Ultimate LEGO book has quite a lot of inspiring models to get ideas from.
What's the Ultimate lego book?! MUST KNOW! 
It's a book....about Lego. It was made in 1999, it's outdated now. They made a new one recently, called The Lego Book.
Can someone give me a link to the recent one? And how much does it cost?
The Ultimate LEGO book was actually pretty great.
I've really loved it. Haven't get the new one yet.
I'd try looking in Barns & Noble, I've seen several LEGO related books and other LEGO things in the kids section and in other parts of their stores.
You could also try checking out the LEGO Shop.

Um, since there isn't a thread for this question, has anyone noticed Smeagol's --% Cooler tag going down? It was like 30, now it's 20. WHAT UP WIF DAT
Anyways, actual question, for those of us who use Stop Motion Pro, when you go into the editor and leave, does the exposure go up? It does for me, I'm wondering if that happens to any of you?
It was always 20. NXT changed his to 30 out of spite.
Lamplight, questions like that were what Smeagol is attempting to avoid, I believe.
But seeing as you asked, as far as I know, Smeagol's one was "20% cooler" and NXTManiac made his "30% cooler" for a laugh.

I have SMP, and it doesn't do that. When I go back to live veiw after the I close the editor, the Webcam Controller pops up, but the settings don't change.
That happens to me sometimes too, I'm not sure about the exposure thingy though. 
At the moment I'm having a serious light flicker issue. I set all the webcam controls to manual and it usually works for about 10 frames before the picture goes all flashy.
Can someone help me out?
