can you guys tell me what you think about the animation smoothness;)
If you're using 15 fps, then you're on the right track. Something that you need to do that doesn't look like you did in the video is ease in and out. Here's a tutorial on how to do it.
Are there any suggestions for lighting flicker control

First of all, all of your camera settings should be on manual.
Next, block out all natrual light (sunlight).
Try those and see how it is.

Could anyone suggest any sort of help with camera lighting settings, I want this to reduce flicker.

Did you put all of your settings on manual? If they're on manual, there should be no light ficker no matter where you have the settings.
