Re: Introduce Yourselves
Hello everyone, I am new to the Brickfilming hobby.
I found out about this website on the Brickfilm Day discord server, and I am hoping to win some contests! I love getting stuff for free.
We are a friendly filmmaking community devoted to the art of stop-motion animation using LEGO® and similar construction toys. Here, you can share your work, join our community of other brickfilmers, and participate in periodic animation contests!

Hello, I am n0x, started brickfilming in around 2014, then stopped, then came back in 2018, then stopped for a good while in around 2020. Have recently came back to brickfilming after a few months and currently slowly progressing and learning new techniques. Really hope to get back to brickfilming along with interacting with the community some more.

Nice work, welcome to BiM!
Hello fellow brickfilmers!
When I was a kid I used to watch Brickfilms.com content every day. I rewatched films by SpastikChuwawa, Robinson Wood, Jay Silver and many more. So many memories.
I used to make my own films too, at first with Lego Studios and then graduated to MonkeyJam and other janky programs. I didn't really consider my films to be of Brickfilms-worthy quality back then, so I never submitted anything.
Anyway, time passed and interests changed. I started making live action short films and VFX, especially at Uni, as well as video game development. I now work as a video game programmer... but the thought hit me that I should pick up this ol' animation hobby again and give it a go.
This is gonna be so much fun. Can't wait to connect!
ps.
I only ever posted one brickfilm to Youtube ever, the seminal master piece "Lego Toilet". It was made to be intentionally bad, in the style of the "Anne Frank in Bricks"-films. Now I can't use that excuse anymore. It's soooo bad and on an old channel. You can don't watch it here: https://youtu.be/kUDg4R5Hw9U
That's awesome; I always love to see people return. You were ahead of your time with a toilet fail brickfilm.

Wow, it's THE Silly Penta! "Pinguin Yay #1".
I remember you from the brickfilm podcast and your Brickfilms history video. You make amazing content.
