Topic: My Lego Walked

Here is my walking cycle test. I was animating at 15 fps but I was being an idiot, and forgot to turn the hold on 1 on MonkeyJam. So you're actually watching it at 7.5 fps. This is the first time I have animated in 3 months. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUKMzVm_57I

Re: My Lego Walked

Well I'd say not bad all, it's just really hard to judge when it's only half the intended speed. I think you could work on the movement of the arms a bit - make it more consistent and utilising easing in/out.

The light flicker you will have noticed yourself, so I'm not going to say anything about it. As long as videos are just tests, light flicker's not an issue. Now if you're working on a real film or video, THEN you've got to pay attention. mini/smile

I think it's nice that it is in 7,5 frames per second. Then it is easier to find things that can be improved. mini/smile

The body of the minifigure should be always the same angle.
