Haha, very nicely made. The cinematography was stunning (comparable to a professional movie) and as was the animation. Though the pacing was a tad bit fast, I enjoyed it thoroughly. Some of the jokes were a bit predictable, but they still fit in well enough for a chuckle.

I too found it to be a bit fast. But the voice acting and animation made up for it. Nice job.

It is impossible to describe this. It was worth waiting for. Excuse me while I explode from the sheer amazement from watching this.

no im not kidding. Though the animation, sets and voices get 5/5, the story was quite weak, (no offense moiledeli) and it had a ton of build up and no real payoff and was very much too short.

on behalf of the BiM community, I would like to complain that there are only 5 bricks that I can rate this film with. Please fix this issue as soon as posslible.
The animation was very good, and the visuals over all are just spectacular, but what happened to the Doc?

He has a point. The problem isn't the film, it is the anticipation, and sometimes, anticipation can hurt someone. The problem I had with The Theft and Fateful was that because of the "Epic" buildup I made with my visuals and graphics, people sucked it up as an epic masterwork and in the end, I was so stressed, I blew out both of them for later. Spencer, try to work on these big mass projects secretly or without giving too much away because in the end, people are going to be disappointed with the work even if it is a feature length film.
Lack of story, yes, but we all expected that...since moiledeli himself commented on it. I would agree that there was little payoff by time the end came, but it is still a well-rounded film. Not to mention I found it to be a little short, even though it's over 8mins.
Overall I think it's a brilliant film. Fantastic animations, sets, cinematography, and a good amount of humor and action. The voice acting is also fantastic, as already commented on. Just about everything is fantastic in fact.
The only thing it lacks is a "meaningful" plot, sure, but I think everything else makes up for that. It was meant to be a simple, entertaining, film, and that's what it is. And yeah I'd agree the pacing was a tad too fast, but it seemed mostly steady at least.
Amazing job you've done there, this is my favorite brickfilm.
You are definitely the best brickfilmer I have ever seen, and those who helped you with this project own much commended because they obviously did a fantastic job. The cinematography was clearly amazing, I know it's probably hell to animate with 24fps but it is not possible to describe in words of what I saw. I am very much looking forward to see your future projects. 5/5

Excellent job! I really enjoyed the spider chase and the use of real sand - splendid animation. But I wonder what happened to the doctor...5/5!
