The siren was a little annoying, I would have liked it to have been a little lower.
But besides that I thought the animation was fantastic. I think you used the 15sec limit wisely, well done!

Yes after listening to it a few times it probably is a bit loud.

Lol, well I did watch it 3 times, so you have a point. x)
Real sirens are loud and annoying, and I could understand the policeman, so it didn't bother me. I loved the ending (big awww factor). 
Great job! You really accomplished a lot in 15 seconds.
LOOVED IT! Fabulous animation, effects, nice little story - there isn't anything I could flaw, brilliant job! My favourite entry so far!
Predictable, and that's the only flaw, but highly enjoyable. The animation was fantastic. 4/5
