For some reason it doesnt look like 15fps to me :S
Is it on twos? It doesn't look like 15FPS.

really Im almost 100% sure I set my frame capture program to 15fps
EDIT:
it is set to 15 fps 87 frames/15= 5.8 seconds video length= 6 seconds
