Topic: The Giver (WIP)

This is a chapter from The Giver i'm currently working on. I'd like to get some opinion on it. I'm mainly looking for what people think of in terms of sets and music (which, for the first time, I'm composing on my own). Light flicker is due to a white balance option I can't seem to turn off manually on my mac (yay)

I liked that

Re: The Giver (WIP)

That was really good and the black and white counteracted the light flicker a lot.

Very nice, I never imagined the book in LEGO.

Re: The Giver (WIP)

Well done. The animation was fairly good and while there was light flicker, it wasn't too disturbing, especially giving the washed-out color palette.
My biggest problem was with the voices. They were quite unconvincing and really messed with the mood (which, by the way, was complemented well by the music).

After putting this first bit together, I felt the same way. I normally like to try and use different actors in all my projects, but I may call upon a couple of my previous VAs to fill in instead.

I appreciate the comments regarding my bit of music composition, I plan to (hopefully) continue that into other people's works, should the final piece impress anyone.

And thank you, regarding my situation with my webcamera.
