ggo2000 it looks like you're trying to use this forum like a chat room, expecting fast responses and general chatter.  That isn't what it's meant for, this thread in particular is for asking questions about the contest.  If you'd like to chat with brickfilmers you might check out the chat room instead, there is a link in the bar at the top of the page.

Again, please don't post and then post again a minute later, that is sort of frowned upon.  If you think of another thing to say moments later, just edit your previous post.

I'm not sure quite what you mean by your question but this contest is very open ended.  Obviously you can't actually base your entry on a video game as per the copyright restrictions and importance of originality in the contest.

Oops, I am so sorry. For the Ratchet and Clank thing I meant: "Can you shoot robots and defeat enemies?"

If you want to create  game, good luck, becuase I found out that its almost impossible to make a platformer game like Ratchet and clank or Crash Bandicoot.

I dont think you guys are getting what he is saying. I think what he meant is, can you make an entry where people are shooting robots. I think he is wondering if that meets the guidlines such as "No excessive violence" and other guidelines.

Anyway, yeah, shooting of robots is quite alright from a violence standpoint.
