Not bad. While I'm not an expert on fight scenes, I think it would have been more effective if you would have shown the minifig "winding up" for the punch, i.e. leaning back and turning as he threw the punch. This is somewhat present, but it looks unconvincing.

The anticipation wasn't great enough for the punch.
It was like the second example Fancypants gave, too many frames. It was smooth, but way too slow. Just speed it up, and you got it going!
